Mounting Types

To suit all types of projects, the Remaster raised floor is designed for use with two different models of pedestals, the fixed pedestal that can be used at heights of 7 to 15 cm and the adjustable pedestal ranging from 8.5 to 200 cm tall.

PDC – Central Pedestal

Ensures floor plate support and perimeter support, allowing interconnection and locking between adjacent raised floor plates

PDA – Finishing Pedestal

It supports the floor boards in the perimeter of the environment, as well as the reinforcement of the cut boards, maintaining and mechanical resistance of the set.

1 PEDESTAL + PLATE

Finished height 70 mm +/- 1mm for the base of the subfloor.

Clearance height between subfloor and base plate 40 mm +/- 1 mm

2 PEDESTALS + PLATE

Finished height 110 mm +/- 1.5 mm for the base of the subfloor.

Clearance height between subfloor and base plate 80 mm +/- 1 mm

3 PEDESTALS + PLATE

Finished height 150 mm +/- 2 mm for the base of the subfloor.

Clearance height between subfloor and base plate 120 mm +/- 1 mm

Adjustable pedestal

When using the adjustable pedestal, the installation height is defined according to the customer’s needs and / or underfloor conditions, ranging from 85 to 2000 mm.
